Structuring the brain waves |

The 3 to 1 method takes us to the basic plane level. Then on till we come out
back to Beta, we may keep fluctuating anywhere in the Theta and Alpha
frequencies of 4 to 14 CPS. When we attempt any creative work, we go near the
10.5 CPS frequency. You learnt this ability in the class. You were able to do
the applied-E.S.P. because you were at the accurate level of 10.5 CPS.
To get optimal results through any Silva technique it is mandatory that you be
at the steady 10.5 with ease for extended durations. If you desire such high
accuracy, you have to exercise self-discipline. You have to make your foundation
strong. You have to attain stronger control and deeper awareness of your brain
frequencies.
You have to strengthen the entire skeletal structure of your brain frequency
patterns in all of the Beta, Alpha and Theta levels. You have to master your art
of appropriate transition patterns from Beta to Theta, moving within the
Theta-Alpha ranges, transitioning back to Beta and remaining steady at the
optimal Beta of 21 CPS.
The
Silva Method has given you tools for these:
- Sleep Control
- To Awake Control
- Awake Control and
- Dream Control
These are not just techniques that you may use
on requirement. These are also the very core foundations of the Silva Method. Mastering
these helps in mastering your self-mind-control. I recommend that you dedicate
time to practice and gain accuracy in Sleep Control for the first 7 to 10
continuous nights. Follow it up with the next 7 to 10 continuous nights of
dedicated practice of the To Awake Control.
Meanwhile during these 14 to 20 days when awake, keep a disciplined daily
practice regime of practicing Awake Control. Dedicate your next 7 to 10 nights
in practicing DC 1. The next continuous 7 to 10 nights should be dedicated
towards the practice of DC 2.
All you need is a month to 40 days of time to make your foundation super strong.
Once this is done you are charged up for an entire year of on-desire, great
and repeated success. Just like a draftsman sharpens his pencil everyday before
beginning work, my strong recommendation to my students is, every year dedicate
4 weeks of your time to re-strengthening your foundational skills of
self-mind-control.
As such, almost everyone is getting fairly good success without following the
above mentioned regime. What makes you different? I am not talking ordinary
success here. You want extraordinary success? Invest in a little self-discipline.
Without a mastered Sleep Control every time we go to sleep, to reduce its
frequencies from Beta to Alpha-Theta range our brain follows an undisciplined
unpredictable new route. The route depends on our that day’s diet,
physiological, psychological and many other factors. Mastering the sleep control

for ourselves for transitioning our brain from its beta to alpha-theta
frequencies.
