It is highly recommended that you have already finished the following 6 points before attempting this
technique. We get
excellent result in any technique when we have already devoted quality time
mastering our basics.
In Kolkata, the standard basic regime for every Silva-graduate is that,
- first we dedicate 7 to 10 nights for mastering Sleep Control,
- then the next 7-10 nights for mastering the To Awake Control.
- Meanwhile everyday we practice Awake Control for these 14 to 20 days.
- We then are required to master Dream Control Step 1 for the next 7 to 10 nights.
- Then we move on to DC2 for the next 7 – 10 nights.
- And all these 30 to 40 days we are to daily practice Memory pegs, Hand Levitation, Thrice-daily Time Management and Mental House Cleaning.
Time Distortion involves entering into the energy of the cosmic time to
travel at a speed desirable to us and experience time at variegated speeds. We
harness the inner conscious world of our mind’s time-experience favourably
through outer conscious guided directions.
People have experienced their whole life flash before their eyes in fraction of
seconds during their Near Death Experience (NDE). Also dream researchers have
discovered that a one minute dream sometimes feels like hours to a dreamer. We
may recall experiencing time flowing in slow motion when we have suddenly
tripped and fallen or when we were hit by a speeding ball, water balloon or a
speeding vehicle.
Students have experienced Time Distortion when before exams while studying they
suddenly realize that they have just finished covering a huge mass of syllabus
in rather very less a time. Before scheduled arrival of guests, sometimes a
housewife may finish cooking lots of variety of foodstuffs in a surprisingly
short amount of time. While waiting for someone important, our mind experiences
more of time than the actual reality.
When we experience a physical accident, as a self-defence mechanism our mind
begins working at an accelerated pace making us experience the flow of time run
slower. For that moment we see things moving slowly and clearly. This gives our
body’s reflex system time enough to take corrective action for self
preservation.

Using Time Distortion (TD), certain chosen Footballers at Kolkata’s Mohammaden
Sporting Club (MSC) were trained to review their game play in several
different ways in short time. By repeatedly playing the difficult situations
mentally, it helped their cell-level intelligence to improve in technique, speed
and accuracy. The MSC footballers are a living testimony of this technique’s
invaluable benefits. Before an important match, they go through
an advanced version of TD mentally rehearsing the entire 90 minutes
game 3 times over. The complete process takes just 15 minutes in the outer-world
time!
In Kolkata, students preparing for their board exams use TD to review their
3-finger memorized material many times over. Programmed with Glass of Water
technique, this makes valuable associative patterns firmly establish themselves

uses TD to review and approach business projects from several angles in a matter

Basic TD may be achieved by attentively listening to a table clock’s clicks at a
deep alpha level (Best time is at night when everyone else is asleep and there
is otherwise pin-drop silence around). While at Basic Plane Level, with your 3
fingers technique, tell yourself mentally that the clicks are slowing down
gradually. Imagine that they are slowing down. Imagine that their spacing has
increased. Listen more to the ‘gap’ than the click. You can do it. Just desire
and you will be able to do it. You are to listen carefully. Practice till in
your opinion the clicks have slowed down to the rate of almost one click a
minute. Experience the time expanding. There is lots of time. You now are
experiencing more of time in peaceful and relaxed manner. It is simple.
The exercise:
Find a comfortable position to sit. Enter level 1 with the 3 to 1, 10 to 1
method. Say your welcome prayer. Spend a few moments at your Ideal place of
relaxation. Subjectively hear your basic affirmations coming from a 20 degree
elevation out and away from your body. Relax your eyelids and feel the
relaxation flow slowly down all the way to your toes.
Visualize your perpetual clock in your mental laboratory. Visualize it’s
second’s hand moving along with your objective hearing of physical clock’s
clicks. Go on visualizing it for 2 full minutes. Now imagine you are hearing the
clicks coming gradually slower as you mentally slow down the visual
representation of your perpetual clock’s speed. Begin by making a small
difference, go at this slower pace for 1 full circle. Gradually keep reducing
the visual speed of the clicks as you make yourself hear the objective clicks
slower and slower. You are experiencing a lot of time between each click. Keep
at it.
You can memorize and say the following statements mentally. Now begin using the following suggestions on yourself:
- I am feeling good. I am feeling wonderful.
- The beats are slowing now -- slower - slower.
- The time between each beat is seeming longer and longer.
- I am relaxed and I have lots of time.
- Time is only relative to what I want it to be.
- Each click is further and further apart now.
- There is lots of time.
- I feel so relaxed and at peace with myself.
- Time is slowing down.
- Each click feels distantly separated.
Repeat the above suggestions over and over to yourself until you "feel" that each click of the clock is spaced between 2 - 4 minutes apart. Bring into mental focus the material you want to review and say the following:
- I have plenty of time to review this.
- Every time I do this, I improve myself and my performance.
- I am relaxed and taking my time.
- The more I practice, the easier it becomes.
- I am feeling good and experiencing no hurry.
- I have all the time that I need to accomplish this review.
- I am completing my review.
- I have completed my review.
At this level of mind, you can review any material you wish in a matter of
seconds over and over again. By being relaxed and saying to yourself that you
have lots of time, your mind does indeed 'create' lots of time. You work at
optimal levels of efficiency when you are relaxed and are enjoying yourself. The
more you practice this exercise, the easier it will become.
Before coming out of level, you DON’T have to sense your perpetual clock’s speed
returning back to world-time’s speed. Best is to allow it continue functioning
at the slower pace. THAT is how we are reprogramming our inner conscious to find
more time to perform while in the outer world time is travelling at a different
pace!
Every time after coming out of level with the 1 to 5 method after a TD exercise,
with 3-fingers technique tell yourself that the next time you experience Time
Distortion, it is easier and faster to undergo.
