- You desire to go to sleep, but after some time you observe that you are still awake.
- In the morning after awakening, you still feel like sleeping a little more.
- One day you decided to next day onwards wake up early morning and do jogging / meditation / exercises / studies. How many days did you follow your decision?

- You sit down for reading / writing / thinking but keep getting distracted?
- In 2001 you thought, in 5 years time you will achieve so and so, you will be at a particular spiritual level, a particular social status, in a particular income group, you will achieve a particular education, an health level or a particular goal.

Same for Negative-thinking. What else do you know is not good for you, but you still do?
- In the exam hall or board room meeting, certain memory information just doesn’t seem to come, but after you are out of the hall and are doing something else, presto! Your memory comes. But alas, it’s a little late.
- During exams at what time a student starts falling asleep? The day when the final last exam is over, what time the student experiences sleep?
