1. OBLIGATORY ROUTINE (for the
first 30-40 days)

- Invest the first 7-10 nights in doing “Sleep Control.”
- Next 7-10 nights practice “To Awake Control.”
- During these 14-20 days at day time practice “Awake Control.”
- Next 7-10 nights practice Dream Control Step 1
- Next 7-10 nights practice Dream Control Step 2
- During these 14-20 days at day time practice “Memory Pegs”
- During the entire period of 28-40 days, I
strongly recommend to practice Hand Levitation every day
2. DAILY
- Maintain diary: Purchase a diary with
day-wise pages. Write down 3 to 7 success stories (however small) everyday.
While writing, write with 3-fingers technique storing your emotion of the
success experience as well. (After a few months or years, when needed you may
draw positive success energy from this reservoir of your own past successes!)
- Go to level every day even if only for five minutes; Better five minutes than
skipping a day because you don’t have fifteen. At level see your loved ones
healthy and smiling.
- Go to level at least three times a day. Morning, lunch time, night, or any
time you are free for few minutes- in the bus, in waiting rooms or when stuck in
traffic.
- Before beginning the day, at level plan out the whole day’s activity in
detail. At level experience each thing happening perfectly they way you wish it
should happen.
- Use “cancel – cancel” technique whenever you receive a negative thought. Be
sure to change it to a positive thought.
- Use MOM (mirror of the mind) to play back any undesired situations, then
reprogram. This way you remove any guilt, set things in order and reprogram to
improve.
- Program at least one short-term goal for the day and one long term (something
you want). Later program a lesson to be learned each day (something you need).
- Use inner conscious to obtain information to answer a question. If you cannot
say, “I love where I am, I love who I’m with, I love what I’m doing,” ask
yourself “Why” then go about changing.
3. WEEKLY
- Do at least three caseworking every week. Visit
our caseworking section and
www.silvacases.com to pick up
cases.
- Practice some kind of visualization exercise – “memory pegs,” “ideal place of
relaxation,” “tranquil place of relaxation” etc. (seeing colors in detail is
important).
- Attempt to do the “Hand Levitation” technique once every week.
- Cover yourself, your loved ones, your home, vehicle, equipments and appliances
with psychic shield. At any future time, you may again reinforce these shields
if you wish.
4. POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT
- Read
books related to Silva Method. Purchase
or order them from your city's good bookstores or on internet from
Alibris or at
the
Silva
Method's Yahoo Store
- Become active in The Silva Method Graduate
Activities.
- Regularly attend Cottage Groups and Graduate Meetings.
- Participate actively in the Silva
bulletin-boards, learn, share, heal and
improve together.
- Regularly check future
schedule of Silva Method (India), Kolkata programs. Repeat the Silva
training as often as possible.
- When outside Kolkata check nationally
upcoming events at the Silva Method (India)
website. Find
worldwide program schedules at the website of that
country.
- Attend special workshops and other activities.
